I never received an electronic MedEx coverage "card", just the confirmation of enrollment email at the time of purchase. I expected to receive a type of "card" that could be shown to a health care provider. I have received such a "card" from MedEx in the past. Will I not receive a "card"?

My husband suffered a heart attack in Puerto Vallarta and it was recommended that he have a triple bypass as soon as possible.
