your Coverage options that were provided did not include "europe" which seems like most of the countries require when you apply for a visa. But i'm Extremely satisfied with your customer service. Your policy does include Baggage Loss coverage. Receipts and documentation are required to support a claim. We encourage you to call the claims department to initiate a claim. The contact information for the claims department is:
