My wife twisted her foot during our trip. We were on a cruise overseas and was not sure how the coverage works on a cruise ship. We sent an email to your customer service department just to inquire the process should we decide to seek medical attention on board. We were disappointed that we didn't receive any response to our inquiry.
Fortunately, my wife was able to self-treat the injury. We didn't need the medical help. This experience caused us to wonder the support we would receive if we ever needed customer service during an emergency.

This plan was quite expensive for the very low risk and time frame it covered. About one third the cost seems more like an appropriate cost for the extremely low risk the company is exposed to.
