It's hard to review this product when I didn't actually use it. I think the true test of this product would have been if I had needed to file a claim. While I'm glad that nothing came up which required filing a claim, I can't really say I recommend or don't recommend this. It seemed like a fair price, and looked like it would have covered the things I wanted to have covered.

Thankfully did not need it but good to know it was there. I did recommend this to a friend who told me what she paid the cruise line for her insurance....ouch

Even though we did not need to use it, we had peace of mind knowing it was there if needed. Recommendation from Clark Howard's talk show made us feel fine to purchase for our trip to Jamaica.
