Only problem was getting the plan in my hands before the trip as the paperwork was sent to the wrong address. Was not sure if I had to be at my residence when the re-mailing occurred as I was not at home when it was planned to be sent. Thought maybe the plan had to be signed for. Paid post office to delay the delivery for 4 days until I returned to my address.

While not needing to use the plan during our travel, it was good to know that its was with us. Reasonably priced, clearly presented, and with good access information, we were also pleased that our coverage was provided by a known U.S. company.
