I was encouraged to file a claim per my telephone discussing with an AIG rep. The claim was denied since my policy did not cover such a problem. Why did the first rep not tell me that?? I had to go through all the procedure in filing when it could have been avoided from the beginning.

Since I never used it it how can I say I am satisfied.. It seem fill needs I may have had and at a reasonable cost. glad to heve insurance for peace of mind and glad I did not have to use it.

I am a huge believer in travel insurance. I tell everyone to get insurance. However I bought insurance for 3 of us traveling together, but forgot to buy it separately for my husband who had 2 doctor visits, a hospital trip and an early departure. Don't forget to cover everyone!

The cost of the plan was reasonable. Fortunately, I didn't need to file a claim so I can't comment on the ease of that, but signing up for the insurance was very easy and it appeared to cover everything I needed.
