I had to appeal three times before $40 of my $120 claim for expenses incurred as a result of baggage delay was allowed. They didn't think the cost of transportation to get to a store to purchase needed clothing was reimbursable. People I spoke to on the phone had no authority to deal with the claim. The documents sent to me referred to me as "the patient" on what was obviously a medical insurance form. I think the claim was finally allowed only because I was stubborn and persistent.

Our Customer Advocates will explain policy benefits, help submit documentation, assist in filing appeals, and contact the insurance company on the customers behalf in an effort to expedite the claim process. We had a magnificent trip quite filled with charm, adventure, thrills, education, However the only only thing that was missing was misfortune. Therefore I cannot comment on the cost effectiveness, satisfaction, reliability, or recommendation of this product I can state InsureMyTrip answered every question, quelled all my concerns in regards to our wonderful adventure.
