The 26 hours baggage delay claim was declined for the reasons that we did not buy any cloth or shoes during this delay, even we had to wear the same cloth for more than 2 days during delay.
Not happy, they treated our claim with no sympathy.

Very few reviews have gone through the claims experience, but I am one who has. My claim was paid in full. It took approximately 90 days to resolve, but the delay was mostly mine in providing a "cancellation letter" from the airline that the insurer would accept. Communication could have been better. No response to email inquiry. The day I called for a status update, I was told only to be patient. That very day, I received their check in the mail.

AXA Assistance USA has a 10 Day Review Period. In order to cancel a plan after purchase, you must request cancellation within that 10 day period to receive a refund. Outside that review period, there is no refund.
