We purchased travel insurance for our holiday cruise as a precaution because my grandfather fell ill and was in the hospital. I've never purchased insurance before, but thank goodness we did! My grandfather was fine, but days before we were suppose to leave, my husband started passing 1 of 3 giant kidney stones, making him unable to travel from the debilitating pain and possible need for surgery. All of the forms were very easy to fill out and the AXA team was very helpful. The people traveling with us also cancelled their trip, but they had a different insurance provider and plan and didn't get their flights refunded. I will never book a trip without AXA travel insurance again. So worth it!

Thankfully, we did not have to file a claim but knowing that we were covered for any emergency made our trip more enjoyable. It was easy to increase the coverage to a higher amount of coverage when we decided to extend our cruise another week.

The plan provided everything we needed at a reasonable cost. Your customer service representative was exceptional. She explained everything thoroughly. Although we did not have to make a claim, we were able to travel without worry. I will definitely use and recommend your company.
