Good communication and answers to my questions about the plan. Very good combination of features (at least on paper -- didn't have a claim). The $50K rental car damage insurance is very good: saves you from buying expensive daily coverage from the rental company (or risking paying loss-of-use rental fees till car is repaired, which aren't covered by normal car insurance); it's also primary, so your own car insurance wouldn't go up for a claim. There's also the add-on option of Cancel-trip-for-any-reason, which not many plans offer; and option not to consider pre-existing conditions if you buy the plan early (check the details). In short, very good combination of coverages for a reasonable price.

One always hopes that insurance won't be used. It is not until it is needed that you can judge if it met your needs. I am willing to pay for the peace of mind that having trip insurance brings.

I realize we are 74 but the $345 to insure $5,500 for the two of us was too expensive. Maybe a personal evaluation of health risks rather than a blanket rate would help.

Service in selecting an insurance provider was excellent and much less expensive than the policy available from our travel counselor. As it turned out, we did not need to file a claim but having the policy provided peace of mind.

These folks are great. I had never insured a trip before - why insure? I'd saved for 10 years for the trip, I was going. Then my husband was diagnosed with a rapidly progressing terminal illness. CSA processed the claim, refunded my money, over $8,000. Money that was suddenly needed for medical bills. Insure with these folks, it's worth it.

My wife got pneumonia while in Alaska. We had to cancel the remainder of our trip and change our departing flight and airport. When we contacted CSA Travel they were sympathetic and gave us all the information we needed to submit to receive benefits from our insurance policy. We received every dollar we submitted as a loss from the cancellation of our trip. The refund was hassle free and fast. Thank You CSA for a very smooth process after our disappointment of not being able to finish our trip. We will definitely use your service in the future.
