Luckily I didn't have to use this policy, but the selection process was easy and the price was reasonable. It was less expensive to purchase this policy independently than to purchase through the tour operator. It also had better coverage.

As a frequent traveler, I was looking for an annual multi-trip insurance. These products including trip cancellation are readily available in the UK and Ireland but don't seem to be here. I don't think it would be cost effective to insure trips on a one by one basis.

I have had CSA insurance before and have been pleased. When I arrived in Dublin my suitcase did not! I filed a claim at the airport but was not given a proper claim number...so CSA would not allow me to purchase anything.The ladies at our hotel spent over 3 hrs with me on the 2nd day trying to contact all the right people to track/locate my luggage but to no avail.I was planning to shop in Cork the next day as we had a free hour but when we arrived at 4pm a courier from the airport was there with it! It was frustrating and I just thought CSA might have been a little more helpful.

Good value for the price. I would not travel without trip insurance. We travel to Ireland every year and have always had trip insurance, it's the smart thing to do.
