i submitted a claim and was asked for all sorts of documentation. finally was assigned a claims adjuster who was not responsive and didn't return calls. after 3 months, finally got in touch with someone who seemed capable and was told my policy didn't cover cancellation. why did it take 3 months to get that information?

The worst travel insurance company EVER! When I realized that the plan did NOT cover complications from normal pregnancy I tried to cancel the plan within the ten day grace period. It took me over 6 hours on the phone, had to file no less than four exception requests which went unanswered for weeks. The time it took to deal with an exception requesting to cancel put me outside the ten day grace period so they refused it again. I cancelled all insurance with them and found a more reputable company.
