I didn't have any problems thank God, so I really can't say if this was a great plan or not. The peace of mind was worth it though. My main concern was London due to all the terrorist attacks that have occurred there, but all was fine when I was there.

Although I did not use the plan for which I am thankful, a gentleman on one of the tours died while on the tour. It made me realize how important it is to have repatriation insurance when traveling in foreign countries.

My wife slipped and fell coming off a tour bus hurting her leg her right arm and back. We made a claim with your company and your representative was kind and very receptive to her possible future needs and we felt assured we would your support if needed later on and we will use you in the future on any new trips we take. The plan is great, but it would be better to have one plan that includes the travel insurance and the medical evacuation insurance. One plan should have both for one price.

I thought for the price that it should have included auto insurance. I had to pay the rental car company for insurance as well, so it became quite costly.

The CSA Custom policy does provide additional coverage for a rental car, for an additional premium. This benefit is not automatically included but is provided as an additional option you can choose when purchasing the plan. This benefit can also be added to your policy even after you have made your initial purchase.

Ok, it's pretty hard to evaluate an insurance plan when no claim is filed, because that's when you find out if the company/plan is worth it! So, I'm satisfied with my purchase because I didn't have to use it!
