I've been very satisfied with the website, discussions with their agents and their recommendation of the CSA product to meet my specific insurance requirements. Fortunately I've never had to file a claim, but feel comfortable that my interests would be protected doing so with them acting as my agent.

Having travel insurance eliminates the worry of having to pay out-of-pocket expenses for medical care if something happens to you on your trip. My hope is that I never have to use it.
On my recent trip to the Panama Canal, with stops along the way, it seems that there was someone being taken off the ship to an ambulance at every port. Knowing that if this would happen to me that the expenses for treatment and transportation back to the States would be covered is very assuring.
