Even though the plan was not used, as I stood at the luggage carousel at the end of the trip waiting to see if my luggage was merely delayed or REALLY lost, I new I would have assistance in recovering the cost of the contents of the luggage. I have to say the 45 minutes later I saw the luggage come up from the unloading area, I had not lost my mind waiting! Thanks.

Glad we didn't need the CSA plan. Singapore is a great city, clean, safe, and expensive! Malaysia was quite an experience. We went to Kuala Lumpur, Kuching, Lankawi, and Penang. We had many site-seeing adventures from the Orangutans in Borneo to the bat caves and crocodile farm as well as street shopping. We had lots of foot massages but still recovering from jet lag.

My only complaint: three times CSA emailed me the PDF of my policy, and all three times the PDF file was corrupted/wouldn't open. (I tried with multiple different computers and different browsers.) Finally CSA had to postal mail me the policy. CSA needs to review their PDF software and ensure it is up to date and working correctly.
