We didn't need to actually use the insurance we purchased but it was great to know that if something had occurred then we would be covered. We are planning another trip this year and we will be purchasing CSA coverage for that trip as well.

Cost seemed fair for the coverage that I purchased. I have heard from people who have filed a claim with a different company, that it is very difficult and time consuming to get a claim paid.

The customer service representative that I talked to while purchasing the plan was very helpful and informative. Since we were taking a family of 10 people, if something happened prior to or during our trip, our exposure was huge. The insurance allowed us to have peace of mind that we would be covered.

We cruise every January and buy trip insurance for 2 reasons: we live in Colorado and worry about weather delay, and the second reason is because we care for my 81 year old mother. We want to protect our investment. I never imagined that I would have to file a claim for myself. After our cruise, we flew from Miami to Dallas, where we were supposed to change planes. About 30 minutes into our 3 hour flight to Dallas, I started getting sick. By the time we landed in Dallas I was so sick. We had to be re-booked to a flight the next day. We got a hotel and thought if I rested at the hotel, I would be better. Within 2 hours, I realized I needed medical attention. After several hours in the ER, receiving IV fluids and medications, I returned to the hotel worried about how we were going to pay for the hospital bill. In the middle if the night, I remembered that we had the insurance with medical coverage. As soon as we got home I filed the claim. The claims process was very efficient. I did have to submit hospital and other bills, and it took a couple extra days, but it was worth the wait. Our claim was paid 100% of what we requested, including the entire hospital bill. We will always get our insurance through CSA. Thank you.
