I discovered when I left for my trip that I was missing a prescription. I called to ask what the best way was to get a prescription filled while out of the country and they didn't know. Then I asked for help locating a pharmacy in the small town where we were staying. The individual I spoke with said he would e-mail me the name and address of pharmacies in the area. I never received the e-mail and ended up figuring it out on my own.

We had a canceled flight that required an extra night in a hotel and an expensive taxi fare to get there. CSA paid the full amount quickly without any hassle. I would certainly use them again.
