Filed a claim for a damaged bag. I had the original receipt and the replacement receipt , and I included photos of damage. I received check for replacement amount within three weeks. This was my first time filing a claim, and I wondered how it would turn out. Quite pleased.

We didn't need to actually use the insurance we purchased but it was great to know that if something had occurred then we would be covered. We are planning another trip this year and we will be purchasing CSA coverage for that trip as well.

I have used CSA many times over the last eight years. On two occasions I had to file claims. Their efficiency was unbelievable. I received checks covering my losses within three days. Of course, I had to submit all the necessary paperwork and emails with proper explanations.

We have good medical coverage on our plan, but needed trip cancellation and other benefits. We are seniors in good health, but it seems all plans we considered were just under the cost of our cruise. Your plan was the best price, but more expensive than we had purchased in the past. If this is the trend, we will have to cut the frequency of our travel.
