The worst travel insurance company EVER! When I realized that the plan did NOT cover complications from normal pregnancy I tried to cancel the plan within the ten day grace period. It took me over 6 hours on the phone, had to file no less than four exception requests which went unanswered for weeks. The time it took to deal with an exception requesting to cancel put me outside the ten day grace period so they refused it again. I cancelled all insurance with them and found a more reputable company.

Thank God we didn't need to file a claim, but the peace of mind was worth every penny. I have a 97 year old father who has had some health issues this fall and I was quite worried about going away. This insurance made my trip possible.

We felt safely covered while on our trip to Europe. I only wish a stolen or lost cell phone was covered on our plan as this was our only incident. The cost of the plan for two seemed reasonable. I would use Generali again.

Unfortunately, I had to file a claim for a missed trip due to a medical problem. Generali settled my claim quickly, politely, and fully. I am more than satisfied with both Generali and Insuremytrip.com!
