I have used InsureMyTrip in the past and never had to make a claim. This time we had to make a claim, it was very easy and I filled out the forms online and faxed them over. I never got a response via email or phone but 2 weeks later a check arrived in the mail for the full amount of the claim I submitted. I am very pleased and there was zero hassle. This is a great company and I will 100% use them again

Very reasonable plan covering all the items important to me and not adding superfluous coverage. I did not have to file a claim but their brochure was very clear about the services provided.

I just wanted to let you know that I felt very secure with the insurance for this trip. Since our mothers are in their 80s and 90s I felt that if for some unforeseen issue I would not lose any of my money. The person on the phone was very helpful in helping me with the plan that I needed. I would definitely buy insurance from you again. Thanks you.
