Fortunately I have not had to make a claim! I have used Insure my trip many times. I love to deal them. With their knowledge I feel tat I have all the coverage I need to travel and not worry about a thing. I feel that I am taken care of. I have peace of mind in knowing that I have the necessary insurance to cover whatever comes up. I can travel, relax and enjoy!!!

Did not need the plan, but you never know when you will need trip insurance! The plan I purchased right after I made trip arrangements would have covered everything we needed if something unexpected had happened. Very happy not to have needed the plan.

While we did not have to file a claim, there was a possibility that we would have needed to under the Trip Interruption coverage. I called the number provided and all of my questions about the coverage were answered completely. I was able to make appropriate decisions based on the information provided. I was very pleased with the service.

Because a family member is in the military and that life is always uncertain, I had to get "cancel for any reason" insurance, which was a little more expensive than the regular type. As it turned out, he didn't get to go so when we returned, I had him fill out all the forms to get a refund. The problem wasn't with the insurance--it was with the people I spoke with at this company. They really weren't very nice, I thought. When I called to check on the status, they said it would take at least a month after they got all the papers. That was ok, but the tone of their voice could have been better. We finally got a refund, which I do appreciate, but this company needs some training on how to talk to their customers.

Since Medicare doesn’t cover outside of US, we have regularly bought a policy for medical evacuation and other emergency medical on international travel. Very satisfied with good service and low cost.
