My company just went through a split. Fortunately, my wife and I were able to make our trip as planned, but it was reassuring knowing we had purchased trip insurance just in case. I understand the need for coverage in this uncertain world, I just wish more was included and the rate was lower as it impacted the total cost of our trip substantially. Peace of mind comes at a high cost these days.
