The peace of mind this insurance policy provided can't be simply expressed. Thankfully we haven't ever needed the insurance but given pre-existing health issues, we'd rather be safe than sorry. I was fortunate that the trains were running on time and there was never the threat of missing connections. It was nice to know that if such aproblem had come up, I would have been covered.

Although I did not file any claims, it was easy to purchase this insurance and customer service was excellent. I would definitely call them in the future and hopefully, if I did have to file a claim, would not have any problems.

The price and coverage was fantastic. However, like with any insurance policy, you only find out how good the coverage is when you actually file a claim and how well it is processed. Fortunately, I did not have to file a claim.
