I almost had a scare and thought that I might have kidney stones. Called the plan and was assured that if need be I can go to ER and all will be covered. I would have to cash out and submit the claim. I think that it assured me that all was good and the kidney stones "magically" went away.... I am glad to have this as an insurance!

It is nice to have the medical insurance available while on the ski trip. I am one of those that do not have any med insurance and having one while skiing is certainly providing a piece of mind. I have three trips planned this year and hopefully I will not have to use the insurance, but I did buy it nevertheless.

As a nurse, I sometimes have to cancel-its higher than most, but covers more as well as what most do not. Even the airlines recommended you! Peace of mind worth the price. Did not have to utilize services yet.

I found this plan very good overall, but in this case I didn't need the trip cancellation insurance and would have liked being able to get a rate without that.

I didn't need to use the coverage, but my connection did get canceled & I was able to call Global Alert so they could give me the phone number for car rental companies so I could plan how to get to my final destination--and they were very helpful.
