Good coverage for the price. Easy to understand the terms. In my selection process, it was important that coverage be available for a US citizen and a non-US citizen, and this provided that.

Well, we actually used a travel policy for the first time ever for an actual claim. Had to go by ambulance to an ER in Leipzig, Germany. All we had to do was hand over the insurance papers and we received great care, no muss, no fuss.
