I filled a claim for reimbursement due to a flight cancellation. It took over a month to get a response back from WolrdTrips, and they denied the claim, indicating lack of cancelation reason from the carrier.

It seems to be extremely expensive for a policy REQUIRED by touring companies. My annual auto insurance policy is less expensive than 12 days of your trip insurance.

Insure my trip offers great value for the coverage and deductible. So far I haven’t filed a claim yet. I am planing on keeping that way. It gives us great peace of mind to not having to worry too much if there was an unfortunate event.
