Although the claim process was not a prompt and personal one, the outcome was great. We were fully reimbursed with no hassles. Three thumbs up for Atlas Journey Economy!

Trip delay due to Covid. Didn't take taxis to pharmacy twice or to the train station, switched hotels, ate for 3 days on $15, took train instead of flying, all to save $'s...but they wouldn't pay for a $10 taxi ride because I didn't have a receipt (it was late at night, I'd been traveling all day and I forgot). Two good lessons: 1) don't worry about saving them $'s; and, 2) get receipts for EVERYTHING!

we ended up needing to cancel our trip and we were not able to get refunded due to our reason. It was disappointing to pay for travel insurance coverage and not get covered
