I purchased this plan in order to meet insurance requirements by a country I was visiting. It was quick and easy and very inexpensive. I did not need to use it but I assume it would have provided the coverage if I had. I will keep this company in mind for future travel.

The thing about this insurance is hoping to never have to use it. However, the terms appeared to cover anything we cared about while we were away. This even included some allowances for potential COVID quanrantine.

Since I had no claim cannot really comment on how the insurance worked. I did not like the minimum 30 day policy requirement for any COVID required accommodation cover

Plan was purchased specifically for COVID quarantine coverage on a tour to supplement medical and other travel coverage already provided. The plan was affordable. I did not have a claim so can't review their Customer Service or Claims Process.
