Ease of sign-up and information available on line was very good. Since I did not need to file a claim, I cannot comment on how good the follow-up would have been.

I didn't have the need to use the plan's benefits which is a good thing on my part. The plan seemed adequate, but I would like to have included trip cancellation protection since trips are booked far ahead and illness, injuries, family problems, etc. could cause trip cancellation.

I didn't have to make a claim, so I don't know if the coverage was exactly what I thought it was, but it was very easy to sign up and I got my documents in a reasonable amount of time.
