I got it only because I was told we needed it to gain entry to Prague. After purchasing it I found out that they no longer check on this. I would not have bought this insurance if I had known about the change in the Czech policy.

I don't understand why James would recommend this insurance if it is no longer needed? Even he says he would not have bought this insurance if he had known beforehand that the requirements had changed.Aug 07,2012

We are sorry that you did not receive the mail fulfillment in time for your departure. As part of our fulfillment process, we send an email with the policy number and assistance information so that everything is available immediately. HTH Worldwide members are also invited to login to download an electronic ID card and access global health information and our medical provider directory. The electronic ID card includes the member policy number and emergency numbers should you need assistance.Oct 04,2011
