Nice to know that I was covered even though I did not use it this time. In the past I once had to file a claim and it was quickly dealt with. Would not travel internationally without this coverage.

Claim settlement is very disappointing. They didn't consider even additional $50 expenses apart from insured amount which I had to spend in preparation of trip for which I did provide appropriate receipt as well. Usually other insurance companies do consider this so DO NOT buy HTH worldwide trip insurance.

I'm glad I bought this policy, though I didn't use it. My trip to India went great without any medical or emergency issues. But having this policy was a good fall-back assurance. I applaud one provision of the policy in particular. That's the provision relating to the pre-existing conditions, - the clause was sudden onset. Other policies in the HTH price range didn't offer such a provision. I'm glad I didn't have to use the policy, but it was a great assurance that if a pre-existing condition flared up, I was covered. Thank you.

This company doesn't return phone calls and doesn't really handle emergencies after hours. Useless for trip insurance.

HTH Worldwide offers 24/7 medical emergency assistance through our Global Health and Safety Team. Your comments prompted an internal review of your case with our management team. The notes revealed that our Global Health and Safety Team opened a case for you after receiving your call. Unfortunately, the phone call was disconnected while attempting to pass you through to a customer service agent. A Global Health and Safety Coordinator immediately attempted to call you back, but was unable to get through. It was a great trip.I was ill during my Europe trip for about 10 days. Having temperature and cough and cold. Unfortunately I don't know how to inform you I could not seek medical advise and have to do with OTC medication
