This plan provided the medical and medical evacuation coverage I was looking for, provided peace of mine and the cost was very reasonable...under $20 for a 5 day cruise trip.

Simply put, I buy the plan each time I go overseas(should buy an annual plan) and have never had to file a claim-hard to rate a plan never used.

We didn't have to file a claim so can't comment on this most important aspect.
The fact that the plan covers pre-existing conditions was a prime factor in choosing this plan and gave peace of mind (even though ours are relatively minor).

This is the 3rd time that I have taken a trip with insurance protection from InsureMyTrip. Fortunately I have never had to file a claim. Price and coverage is right so I travel with a little bit more peace of mind. Will continue to use and will continue to hope I never have to file a claim.

HTH World Wide is really world wide!. I search on their web page, I found a list of Hospitals & Physicians in many countries in the world.
