We were all set to go on our trip when cancer struck and we were forced to cancel. I can not say enough good things about the customer service and speed in which they handled our claim. Thanks for making this a stress free claim. Given what we are having to deal with, we didn't need any further stress.

We were grateful for the peace of mind it provided on a recent trip to Costa Rica during which a volcano erupted and closed the airport for several days. One of our pre-paid domestic flights was cancelled because of the wind-borne ash. Fortunately, the airport did reopen in time for our flight back home.

I was apprehensive about paying more towards my trip, but as soon as I checked the price difference between refundable airfare and a non-refundable airfare, it was a no-brainier to pay $105 to have the security if for some reason I missed my trip.

Thankfully, we didn't have any claims, so we can't really comment on how the plan would have responded. Money was well spent, however, for peace of mind. This applies to most all insurance policies. You pay for the policy and hope you never have to make a claim.
