Very pleased with my dealings with you. Only negative comment would be that the insurers, who had been more reasonably priced than our travel company, are now beginning to lose their competitive edge, making it less enticing to use them versus our travel companies own insurer.

Thank you for your feedback on the policy. Typically, our providers calculate premium based on trip cost, duration of travel, and traveler ages. It is possible that travel suppliers use a different system in determining premium.May 19,2014

Unfortunately we had to file three separate claims. First for medical for a dislocated finger. Then medical expenses for hospitalization for heart attack symptoms, and finally trip interruption. What a vacation! Each claim was handled easily, promptly, and in full.

I am 64 and trekked the Annapurna Circuit in April 2014. I went with peace of mind as far as insurance/evacuation is concerned. Two years ago I did the Everest Base Camp Trek with this same company.

My policy worked as a secondary coverage, and in such case you need to have a proof whether the primary insurance or carrier covered some of your loss. My suitcase was damaged by carrier (cruise line). I submitted my claim to InsureAssist not having proof whether the carrier covered my loss. They explained to me that I had to file the first claim with the cruise line. I filed a claim with the carrier and was partially reimbursed by them. After submitting carrier's statement of reimbursement and other required documentation, I receive full reimbursement from InsureAssist very promptly. They were very responsive. Thank you.

It felt so good to be covered and thankfully I didn't need to use the insurance.
Me and my mom traveled to Israel and had a fully awesome Holy Land experience, one we'll never forget...to see the evidence of the Bible is just awesome. We traveled to Old Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Nazareth, Tiberias, Hebron, and Tel Aviv...places of the Old Testament and New Testament sites. If you are a Bible believing person, I'd suggest you visit The Holy Land...it will change your life!
Again, we're both thankful for buying your service.
