I would have liked a rider that would cover an emergency at work, that would prevent my travel, at a separate additional cost that i could pass on to my employer.

Thought the coverage was proper for what we needed and also competitively priced. I shopped it hard since it was a first time use of such a plan. The website offered good support and information as well the phone team clarified everything readily. The Customer representatives were extremely informative and helpful. We will use this company again for future travel when insurance is required.

I can't evaluate your plan since it wasn't used. The only test of how good a company is would be the response to a claim. In our case, no claim was made so basically we bought peace of mind at a fairly high price.

I would recommend it for people who want insurance, but I would consider carefully if insurance is needed. You can piece together coverage though your credit cards and regular health insurance depending on the coverage you're looking for. I found the pre-purchase Chat and Phone support to be great and helped me make my purchase.
