The TravCan Premier plan is the higher-end comprehensive trip cost protection plan from InsureAssist as it offers greater coverage limits and more options than the TravCan plan. If you are concerned about any pre-existing medical conditions that might affect your travel, this plan will waive the pre-existing conditions exclusion if purchased within 21 days of the initial trip payment and if the full cost of the trip is insured.

I pick a plan mainly based on the most crucial risks. The biggie is having a catastrophic accident and needing an air ambulance.
Secondarily, I look for the most common inconveniences that generally cost money and time, so trip delays and lost bags are next. This plan seems best for the price.
