Well we where suppose to go to Europe for 25 days, but our plans got canceled do to surgeries for my wife and I. I filed a claim to get our airfare back. The company was so helpful with that and filling out the paper work was so easy, do to there help. It only took 2 weeks to get reimbursed. I will definitely go with this company again. Thank you so much.

I'm glad to fill out this form but truthfully, I think it provides you with no information. Thankfully, I did not have to file a claim. One NEVER KNOWS how good any insurance is, auto, home owners, health, etc. UNTIL/UNLESS you have to try to get money out of the company!!! I have no way of knowing you good the company I selected would be if I needed medical help. So although I've been encouraging and optimistic in my "review", I'm merely guessing. I have NOTHING upon which to base it. I could just have easily said it was a crummy plan. I chose it obviously because I TRUSTED it would be a good plan and deliver what I needed if I had an illness or accident. But I did not so I'll never---thankfully---know!

we had one delayed bag by Delta. They sent to us within 3 days to Africa. Is there any compensation your policy provides in addition to Delta or only the difference if they don't cover an expense? Thank you

    Thank you for your question regarding submitting an Travel Delay with InsureAssist who would reimburse You for the expense of necessary personal effects, up to the maximum shown on the Confirmation of Coverage, if Your Checked Baggage is delayed or misdirected by a Common Carrier for more than twelve
    (12) hours, while on a Covered Trip.
    You must be a ticketed passenger on a Common Carrier. Additionally, all claims must be submitted with verification from the Common Carrier of the delay or misdirection. You must also provide receipts for purchases which must accompany any claim.

When I first inquired about choosing a plan, the representative was very knowledgeable and offered great assistance in helping me chose the best plan suited for my needs. I had to adjust the travel dates on one occasion and had a question on another occasion. The representative was always very helpful and polite.
Although we've been fortunate and never had to file a claim, I felt assured if there had been a need, it would have been taken care of promptly.

Checks and EOB did not arrive promply. Checks were not received 28 days after claim submission, Travel Team was notified and they traced the checks/EOB immediately and Checks/EOB were reissued and sent to claimant. Claim submitted 1/26/16 and Checks/EOB received by claimant 3/7/16.

This was a claim that was a little over $10,000 because I broke my ankle ten days before our French Polynesia cruise. I mailed the claim form with the documentation on 1/27/16 and had the claim payment checks in hand on 2/11/16 (one for me and one for my wife). They even paid our half of the private transfers (airport-port-airport) that we had scheduled with another couple that we could not cancel (because the other couple still needed the transfers). EXCELLENT SERVICE!
