The TravCan Premier plan is the higher-end comprehensive trip cost protection plan from InsureAssist as it offers greater coverage limits and more options than the TravCan plan. If you are concerned about any pre-existing medical conditions that might affect your travel, this plan will waive the pre-existing conditions exclusion if purchased within 21 days of the initial trip payment and if the full cost of the trip is insured.

Great customer service; your people are wonderful on the phone and I have no doubt that should I ever need to make a claim, I will find the process smooth and satisfactory.

Although I eventually got my money back, it took a couple of months with many faxes, phone calls and emails. My claim was finally processed fairly, but it was not prorcessed promptly.

The insurance plan provided us with the type of protection to cover our non-refundable expenses and provided us with peace of mind that if something should have occurred we would be covered. We made one call to your customer care representative before we left on our trip and he was helpful and informative.

Although we did not have to file a claim, having this type of coverage on trips of this nature provides solid peace of mind. The price for the coverage we elected was extremely fair and reasonable. Nothing but great things to say about "InsureMyTrip"!

For the price, the plan was by far the best for my needs. It offered more coverage than many other plans that cost 2-3 times as much. However, I did not need to file a claim so I cannot rate the plan from that perspective.

Excellent value with very good coverage. Only concern is lack of coverage for pre-existing chronic conditions that often require maintenance-only physician visits within the 60 day exclusion period.
