The TravCan Premier plan is the higher-end comprehensive trip cost protection plan from InsureAssist as it offers greater coverage limits and more options than the TravCan plan. If you are concerned about any pre-existing medical conditions that might affect your travel, this plan will waive the pre-existing conditions exclusion if purchased within 21 days of the initial trip payment and if the full cost of the trip is insured.

It seems like a good plan, and I had no problem changing the dates of coverage when my trip date changed. Since I had no claim, I can't comment on that. Having "cancel for any reason" coverage made the pre-trip less stressful.

Well we where suppose to go to Europe for 25 days, but our plans got canceled do to surgeries for my wife and I. I filed a claim to get our airfare back. The company was so helpful with that and filling out the paper work was so easy, do to there help. It only took 2 weeks to get reimbursed. I will definitely go with this company again. I'm glad to fill out this form but truthfully, I think it provides you with no information. Thankfully, I did not have to file a claim. One NEVER KNOWS how good any insurance is, auto, home owners, health, etc. UNTIL/UNLESS you have to try to get money out of the company!!! I have no way of knowing you good the company I selected would be if I needed medical help. So although I've been encouraging and optimistic in my "review", I'm merely guessing. I have NOTHING upon which to base it. I could just have easily said it was a crummy plan. I chose it obviously because I TRUSTED it would be a good plan and deliver what I needed if I had an illness or accident. But I did not so I'll never---thankfully---know!

we had one delayed bag by Delta. They sent to us within 3 days to Africa. Is there any compensation your policy provides in addition to Delta or only the difference if they don't cover an expense? Thank you

You must be a ticketed passenger on a Common Carrier. Additionally, all claims must be submitted with verification from the Common Carrier of the delay or misdirection. You must also provide receipts for purchases which must accompany any claim.
