It was quick and easy to get the coverage I needed. Fortunately for me, I did not have to use it but felt more comfortable knowing I had coverage as needed. Policy I chose was reasonably priced and provided all the coverages I needed.

According to them the only thing that's covered is if you drop dead or immediate family member drops dead for trip interruption. My trip was interrupted to unforeseen medical emergency that prolonged my trip for me and had to stay in Mexico to released by doctor. When I call them the guide me they basically said too bad so sad. On a recorded line supposedly. So don't get fooled by what you read that they cover cuz they don't it's a scam . Do your homework before you purchase.

I didn’t have to make a claim but was comfortable knowing if I had a medical emergency, I had coverage. I basically got the insurance only for the medical coverage, and the price was very affordable. I would definitely recommend this insurance to travelers, if for no other reason but to put their mind at ease about any onboard medical issues.

I was taking a lesson on the Flowrider on the Voyager of the seas. A young boy was also taking a lesson. He fell and was injured. Later that day a medical evacuation by helicopter was performed. I don’t know if they had travel insurance . It made me realize how valuable the trip insurance was to me and how I had that peace of mind that comes with it.
