I was glad not to have to use the insureance plan. As such, I actually have no way of assessing how good was the coverage and service. Therfeore, my assessment is pretty meaningless!

InsureMyTrip gave phone number for me to contact the International Medical Group iTravelInsured SE directly with regard to the Novel Coronavirus but when I called the phone number no one answered and then I found out that if you let it ring about 20 times someone will pickup and then say the computer system is down and they cannot review any policy at this time. This went on for four consecutive days before I gave up.
