Fortunately we didn't need to use our plan, although we referred to it several times on our trip, especially when jumping out of the way of fast-moving cars and speedy bicycles! Both my travel partner and I (we are 65 years old) felt a real sense of comfort knowing we potentially had coverage in the event of an accident.

The coverage was great, helped me feel a lot more secure about traveling to a foreign country. I do think everyone traveling would be wise to get insurance, I know I will next time I'm going to travel outside the country.

Very reasonable fee for peace of mind when we traveled to China. I am recommending medical evacuation insurance to all my friends and family who are over 50. Even though we are healthy and I am a nurse, some things you can't fix by yourself.

I never received the policy in the US Mail even though I requested that. I did print out the policy from email.
Every thing else was fine. Good price. I purchased evacuation insurance only. Fortunately I didn't need it.

I appreciated the online process and speedy comparison of different plans -- it was easy to select the plan that I needed most to fit my needs. I also appreciated the quick response when I needed customer support because of a mistake I made with dates when I bought insurance. We will use your service for future trips. We are glad that we didn't need the coverage but realize that NOT having it would have been bad if a medical emergency came up on our cruise.
Your communication before the trip was appreciated. It told me that there were real people behind the coverage and I could always look up the email message if I lost my paper copies during the trip.
