Very disappointed with the service I received from both Insure My Trip and Trip Assure Advantage. I called Insure My Trip twice about who to place a claim. They wanted nothing to do with me and told me to call Trip Assure. I called Trip Assure and was told someone would call back in 24 hours but no did. I called again and no return call. I then filed my claim on line and it said it would be processed and paid in 30 days. It ended up taking over 60 days and was only paid after I followed up and was on hold for 30 minutes waiting for a customer service rep. I used to be a loyal Insure My Trip customer but since this problem I have switched to another company and I will never use Trip Assure again.

Do not not buy plan from Trip Mate. It provided no coverage when I needed it most. Purchase travelex, never an issue.

The insurance covered everything we needed and cost about $500 less than what the travel agencies usually offer. Thankfully we had an uneventful trip. I will definitely use INSUREMYTRIP and MH Ross on all out of country vacations!
