My original review of MH Ross was not very favorable due to MH Ross's processing of my claim. However, InsureMyTrip became an advocate on my behalf and with there diligence and persistence MH Ross finally paid my claim. The process was very exhausting for me due to the conditions which initiated the claim in the first place and I was ready to give up. However, the advocate didn't and stuck with it and took charge. She kept me informed the entire time and last week (4 months after date of injury) she was contacted by MH Ross with the good news that all parts of my claim were being paid. The representative was professional, helpful, caring and understanding and I will always use InsureMyTrip to select my choices for travel insurance. Thank you for being the bright spot in this experience. I feel like I have made a friend for life with her.

Usually I just do it myself online, but this time I had some questions and called. The CSR was terrific and well informed. She was able to answer my questions and as a result I was able to buyer a slightly less expensive policy between the two I was considering.

For auto insurance coverage in the UK, they will not accept third party coverage, so that aspect of this policy's coverage was a waste of money. It might be good to inform those interested in this aspect of coverage to be sure the country of rental accepts third party coverage.

Thank you for your feedback on the policy. Our representatives are available seven days a week to answer any questions you may have about the the policies we offer. It is beneficial to check with rental car companies to see if they accept outside collision insurance.Mar 12,2014

My only issue was the time involved. It seems that we went back and forth on documentation needed to process the claim. The expectations were unclear from the beginning which delayed the process due to delivery of the USPS. Otherwise it was a good value and I would recommend the M. H. Ross Advantage Bridge plan.
