We had to cancel out trip because my mother-in-law got sick and my wife had to take care of her. We received a full refund from M.H. Ross Advantage within a month. Of course it required some paperwork to be done, but it was pretty reasonable.

I really appreciate the peace of mind that purchasing this plan gave me. About two weeks before the trip my cabinmate came down ill and had to be hospitalized. I started to panic, but then re-read my policy. Thankfully, if worse came to worse, my trip was covered. Even better though, my friend recovered and was able to travel in time. Worth the peace of mind!

Thankfully we did not have to use it for any claims but it was wonderful knowing it was in place should we have to. My only concern is the price of the policy which is how it is with any insurance plan. The price seemed high, $700 for a $5400 trip. But for the coverage, if we had needed it, it was a relief knowing it was there. I will always use InsureMyTrip for trip insurance rather than what the cruise or airline companies offer. I love the choice of selecting the product.

My daughter-in-law bought this plan for me. I agree with her assessment: "I bought insurance for my trip and thankfully did not have to use the benefits. I cannot comment on how good of a policy this was or about customer service as I didn't have to use the benefit. I was glad to have coverage and peace of mind that should I run into trouble I would be insured."
