I didn't have to file a claim, so it's impossible to tell if everything would have been covered or if I was completely satisfied with this plan. For just having insurance in case something happened, it worked out fine.

The plan provided adequate coverage for the items we were concerned about during the trip. The claim process and the forms associated with it may need to be revised as our claim should have been something that was quickly addressed as we cancelled and took advantage of the cancel for any reason clause. Instead the processing took one and a half months to complete for an item that could have been quickly reviewed and addressed. If the claim would have been processed quicker we would have been more satisfied with the service provided.

We had a minor claim of $204 for a hotel night and food related to a cancelled flight on our return home. I did submit all the required claim documentation with perhaps a little overkill. They paid us in full with no hassle. It did take a little longer than expected at about 23 days from the date they received our claim to the date we received their check.
We will certainly use them again.

Good plan, no pricier than any other. From a consumer point of view it was the best choice, however, trip insurance is not cheap.
