A few times, like when my luggage almost didn't show up, and when I watched a man fall on the escalator at the airport, I thought "glad I had that insurance, and peace of mind." Didn't need to make a claim this time, but I have before when my nephew died suddenly, and won't leave home without it now.

I did not have to file a claim so I cannot speak to that part, but it was nice to have the peace of mind. I did a significant amount of research and felt this policy offered the best bang for my buck.

Took 3 months to process a small claim. Had to call a few times to see what was taking so long and then it would move along again in the process.
