I supplied all the documentation on 2/9/17. I got my checks on 4/13.
There were two problems. The reviewer would not accept a paid statement from the cruise line as proof of payment. The notification of this rejection was not communicated clearly resulting in delays.
Put another way, this the kind of BS we expect from insurance companies. Delaying payment to improve their cash flow. I made numerous phone calls and it still took over 2 months.

We have used Nationwide for our last two trips. Due to flight delays on our first trip, we had to overnight in Miami and Nationwide covered all of the cost with no hassles. I highly recommend! However, if you have a flight delay it helps to keep all of your boarding passes to use for documentation of the flight changes. Boarding pass for the flight missed and pass for the rebooked flight.
