When we filed a plan for trip interruption, they did eventually pay but their communication was terrible (basically none) and it took longer than promised. The payout was less than half of what we claimed based on how they classified it so it wasn't overall a great experience. You can't say it was clearly wrong but it wasn't a very satisfying handling of the claim.

Customer Advocates are representatives assigned to assist customers who experience issues after filing a claim. Fortunately we did not have to use the coverage for the trip but it was good to know we had it. The price seemed high but I think it was competitive, perhaps even less, than other companies’ plans.
