Fortunately I did not experience difficulties with my recent trip to Iceland. However, I was comforted in knowing my trip would be covered with Roam Right. I carried the necessary paperwork with me and was grateful for the small Roam Right insurance card I could carry in my wallet. Thank you.

We didn't file a claim with RoamRight so can't fully review their product/service, but the terms and price were a great fit for us. We were particularly pleased with insuremytrip.com, as it allowed us to easily compare multiple plans and find one that best me our needs. As a result of using insuremytrip, we saved a good deal of money by finding a plan to was pared down to just what we needed.

We almost had the necessity to use the plan at the tail end of my trip, but it wasn't necessary. I would have liked to have seen how the plan worked if necessary, but maybe in the future as I'll be purchasing again for future trips.

Tried to claim due to Hurricane Harvey but the coverage was worse than useless. I was told by customer service there 2 very strict reasons for claiming during a hurricane for which we did not qualify. Never mind that we couldn't get to the airport. Won't be purchasing from them again.

As a travel insurance comparison website, we offer a wide range of plans which cover Hurricane warnings and mandatory evacuations at the destination, and other inclement weather related concerns. Easy enough to buy. No claim so it was worth the peace of mind.
As for stars, I only entered them because I was forced to. No claim, no way to rate.

Like many of use, we didn't need to make a claim, so it's hard to know whether we purchased 5 star insurance. However, I did like the price and choices. I'd buy again.

Fortunately, we experienced no problems on our trip so I have no first hand knowledge of processing a claim. I trust we would have been treated fairly per terms of the policy if something did occur. We will purchase again for our next trip.
